Susie McCallum is Contract / Project Manager for U.S. Care Management, responsible for managing nurse care managers and the delivery of client care. She joined the company in 2003 and was previously the Manager of community based and provider outreach staff for the Mississippi Medicaid Disease Management Program. Ms. McCallum’s experience includes serving as a Program Director, implementing ergonomic programs in hospitals in the United States and Canada and as a Director of Nursing, supervising over 100 employees. In addition to Registered Nurse clinical licensure in numerous states, Ms. McCallum’s training includes Coronary Critical Care Nursing, Nursing Executive Management, ACLS Certification, PALS Certification and Trauma Certification.
