Registered Nurses
Community-based nurses are the backbone of U.S. Care Management and our nurses are among the most highly trained operatives in the field. They provide the bulk of the care and are crucial avenues for feedback and evidence-based support.
All USCM nurses are RNs, and each receives comprehensive specialized training. By building relationships with clients who live with the most severe-and costly-chronic disease cases, our nurses are able to better manage diseases and improve the quality of life of those we serve, while helping to control the costs of care.
“AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) is pleased with the overall results of the program (Florida HIV/AIDS disease management program), the thoroughness of the report and the level of paid claims analysis detail provided in the report.”
