Triage
USCM offers a Triage Hotline, offering 24/7 access to a Registered Nurse who will answer clients’ health-related questions, provide referral sources and offer encouragement and reassurance to those suffering from chronic disease. The service is included in most USCM programs but can be selected as a stand alone program.
